Clarisonic engaged our team to develop a strategic vision around possible consumer and professional app experiences. The consumer app focused on helping users get inspired and achieve consistency in their at-home skincare rituals; the professional app assisting aestheticians and skincare experts in managing inventory and getting familiar with new products and offerings.
Qualitative user research played a key role in our work, and directly informed both the consumer-facing and professional experiences. I worked alongside our user researcher to facilitate spa, dermatologist, and in-home visits with users to develop foundational research and get product feedback. Final deliverables included a product strategy roadmap, IA and visuals for key app experiences, and a full user report to empower and inspire the larger team at Clarisonic.
